Shipping policy

We work diligently to process all orders within 3 business days from the time of purchase. This processing time does not include transit time advertised by the carrier. Tracking information for all shipments is updated to the order status page and is available for customers’ reference. If a customer requires any guaranteed delivery date, he or she is strongly advised to contact us before placing an order.

If an item is no longer in stock or contains defects noticed by our team, we will contact the buyer to arrange for a replacement order or refund. Similarly, if a customer's address is not verifiable by the carrier, we will attempt to contact the customer to obtain whatever correct information is necessary in fulfilling the item.

We are not responsible for any delays related to the carrier, including closures or delays attributed to weather, community health and safety, or any further event affecting business hours and supply chain.

For international orders: Please note that the shipping method prices shown are for postage only, and do not include additional fees collected by the carrier or any associated broker, including but not limited to customs and import fees, duties, brokerage fees, and more. These potential fees are levied once the product reaches its designated country and are to be paid for by the recipient of the goods. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Cameron's Model Cars does not have any control over these costs and is unable to give any specific details on them. For more information, please contact your local customs authorities.
